EE_LogoEverything Everywhere, the UK's largest brand in mobile and personal communications has teamed with Anana Ltd to offer its support to the 2011 BBC Children in Need campaign (Friday 18th of November 2011). Everything Everywhere is supporting the campaign by offering the services and resources of its world leading customer operations infrastructure to the live BBC broadcast appeal, answering the public call to make donations as they arrive. Fundraisers and public benefactors making payments to the campaign around the country will be interacting with Everything Everywhere staff in their state of the art customer contact centres. To ensure the highest availability of resources and infrastructure Anana has offered to support the campaign by offering its own resources to support the customer contact centres teams in Everything Everywhere throughout the airing of the live televised event.

"Everything Everywhere is delighted and honoured to support this years' Children in Need campaign. We are extremely proud of our facilities and our staff are really excited about supporting the event. I know we can rely on Anana to make sure this extremely high level of expected calls and transactions flow extremely smoothly throughout the broadcast" said Andy Gammon, IT Service Manager at Everything Everywhere.

"We are very keen and proud to support the Everything Everywhere teams on their commitment to support the event. This is the 32nd instance of the appeal, and last year brought in £18 Million in donations on the night.  £26.3 Million this time around. That's a lot of calls; and we will be standing at the side of Everything Everywhere to support them throughout." said Dave Tidwell, COO of Anana Ltd
