Our Enterprise Contact Centre Solutions focus is focussed on the world leading Contact Centre platform from Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories (http://www.genesyslab.com) and we are a proud Genesys Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Independant Software Vendor (ISV).  We have been integrating and adding value to the excellent underlying technologies of Genesys for over 10 years, and have done so extremely succesfully in significant scale.

Carrier Applications Solutions

Our Carrier Applications expertise is centred wholly around the theme of "Applications Enablement" of the world leading Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturer, Alcatel-Lucent. Anana is proud to be a Global Applications Partner to Alcatel-Lucent's Integrated Media and Communications division, IMC, and demonstrates a strong and leading 'innovation' capability to Enhanced Services, Revenue Generating Applications and Content, as well as theme's around the Next Generation Core, The IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), 4G Long Term Evolution, and enabling 'mashup' applications that bring together the capabilities of devices (handsets, mobiles, computers, the Web and Telephony) with the core carrier network. An example of our Carrier Applications capability includes the its4u social-media enabled Carrier Voice Messaging application.
