IT Networks Specialist

Anana, an established and growing organisation based in North Bristol are a Systems Integrator (SI) providing multichannel contact centre solutions to customers worldwide. We are currently looking to recruit an Infrastructure Engineer to join our consultant team. The purpose of this role will be to provide project support to our expanding customer base covering a whole range of technologies and software solutions but primarily focused on Network technologies.

This role will suit those who are eager and willing to learn with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the work place. The environment in the office is friendly/relaxed atmosphere while focused on work. The team you will be working with are supportive and approachable so you will have a good level of support in this role where needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and consult on the network infrastructure across the Anana internal and service provider estate
• Design and implement new network systems
• Work closely with the Development & Application Consultant teams on issues/problems
• Liaise with internal support to log tickets with third party vendors to log issues and faults if required
• Carry out and coordinate network upgrades and maintenance with the operations team
• Work delivering customer and internal projects
• Use development and pre-production environments to test releases
• Perform out of hours changes where operations require assistance

Application Support Engineer

To work in a support and managed service team, operating troubleshooting and maintaining state of the art Customer Experience technology that manage and deliver phone calls and digital interactions to our International Blue-Chip clients.

Responsible to: Application Support Manager
Location: Anana House, Bristol
Hours: Full time

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform morning daily checks on ‘live’ customer systems
• Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to multiple customers and internal staff
• Assist customers in solving their issues; which will include technical and “how-to” queries across the platform, software and user interface.
• Manage customer ‘incident’, ‘problem’ and ‘service requests’
• Monitor customer environments and systems using a number of monitoring tools
• Work closely with the DevOps, other support areas & Consultant teams on issues/problems, making sure they have all the information needed to get to the roots of problems.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to log issues and faults if required
• Carry out upgrades, maintenance and fixes to a whole range of different systems and software types
• Assist and work delivering customer and internal projects
• Use development and pre-production environments to test and fault issues and then manage any fixes into customer live environments
• Perform ‘out of hour’ changes

• Experience working in a support operation within an IT & customer service organisation.

Test Analyst

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Test Analyst who is passionate about technology and is committed to delivering high quality software to customers. As a Test Analyst, you will be involved in test planning, preparation, execution, defect management and reporting across all phases of the software development life cycle. This role is ideal for someone who is determined to explore the testing spectrum and move further in their testing career.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership for system test activities in both an agile and waterfall-based environment based on the specific client in all phases in the SDLC.
• Analysis and creation of test deliverables including test plans, test cases/scripts, test execution reports and defect reporting.
• Creation of an issues log and the maintenance of all issues related to the log from initiation to resolution per project.
• Defect management and reporting using Excel/JIRA – reporting on the types of defects both internally and externally where necessary, clearly communicating the cause and the severity of the defect, whilst understanding and documenting the root cause analysis.
• Detailed manual test scripting for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution.
• Create test reports to project stakeholders both internal and external to the company.
• Support customers in UAT phase.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders both internal and external to the company in resolution of issues or defects.

Application Design and Deployment Consultant

The consultancy team are accountable for all technical project delivery and the solutions consultant role is to work within a team of consultants across UK and South Africa, working with clients to deliver state of the art customer experience solutions using the Anana/Genesys product suite.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with clients to understand business requirements
• Use case mapping
• Creation of technical design documentation
• Data modelling
• Work to automate all repetitive tasks
• Build and configure CX solutions
• Work with the solution architect to ensure solutions are aligned with the agreed architecture
• Work with the support team to define OSS solutions for designs implemented
• Hosting technical pre-sales sessions providing production demonstrations on key use cases for the latest in CX management


Key Skills & Behaviours:

• Proven experience on working on multiple projects across multiple disciplines

• Working knowledge of capabilities of leading other platform providers such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, NICE, inContact, Verint
• Knowledge of cloud based architecture
• Experience in microservices architecture
