January 27th 2006, Bristol, UK—Anana announce the delivery of a ground breaking Voice over IP Push to Talk simulated communications system for National Air Traffic Services.
This forms a successful proof of concept for a fully integrated and flexible communications solution to simulate Air - Ground radio traffic in ATC training and development simulations.
The latest VoIP industry standards and technologies are used to provide a unique, high performance solution. The flexible nature of VoIP, closely integrated with NATS simulation systems, enables rapid modelling of fluid simulation environments, without the need for re-cabling and re-configuration normally required in traditional TDM-based switching.

National Air Traffic Services (NATS), a public-private partnership between HM Government, seven British airlines and airport operator BAA plc, provides air traffic control services to aircraft flying in UK airspace, over the eastern North Atlantic and western North Sea.
