Espress Director is our framework for the rapid development of a custom front end for your phone lines.

Using information already held about the caller, and various other factors like time of day and staff availability, Espress Director can intelligently route calls to the right destination. That may be a department, or might even be an application to assist the caller using automatic speech recognition.

Anana are able to utilise this framework to rapidly develop an application that easily elicits what the caller wants, and routes the call accordingly. Customer data gathered during the interaction, or plucked from CRM systems can be delivered to the desktop of the person who answers the call in order to minimise caller frustration and maximise employee efficiency.
