Most people develop VXML Applications in VXML—We Don’t! People often forget that the power of VXML is that it can be generated on a per-call basis using the same, well established techniques that dynamic content web sites are built upon, allowing you to customise every user’s experience.
Systems developed by Anana are structured in this manner. The VXML and the GRXML (ASR grammar) is built on the fly by transforming data from databases and back end systems through XSD style sheets into well formed VXML.
ECMA Script (Java script) can be included within the VXML to provide browser based processing where appropriate. These principles allow highly flexible and personalised Voice User Interfaces to be rapidly built and deployed in even the most complex integration environments.
