Automation Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing IT company and take responsibility for the business’ automation activities. We are looking for someone who can show real aptitude and a good working attitude to learning and developing in a fast-moving space. You don’t have be an expert, but you need to have the ability, passion and drive to become one. A developer with at least 1 years professional .NET experience is required to join an innovative development team, for a fast-growing and market-leading contact center solution provider. They are passionate about their products and the service they offer to their clients. Candidates will be expected to be self-motivated, with a love of coding and an ability to thrive under pressure.
This job opportunity is a new role within Anana due to continued growth with customers and demand on operation activities. You will responsible for automating business processes around deployment and configuration of solution components, as well as automating business processes that consume a large quantity of workforces time to do with maintaining customer solutions.

Responsible to: IT Operations Manager
Location: Anana House, Bristol
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30,Monday - Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

Main Responsbilities:
• Supporting the activities of the IT Operations team
• Identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads within IT Operations team
• Documenting designs, procedures and knowledge base articles around developed technologies
• Assist with feature requests on tooling
• Supporting the IT Operations Manager where required
• Maintain knowledge of current automation trends
• Updating the ITSM knowledge base as appropriate

Key Skills:
• Strong C#/.NET background
• Powershell experience
• Interest in automation

Desirable skills
• Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
• Understanding of unit-testing (e.g. Xunit, MSTest)
• Understanding of source-control (e.g. TFS / GIT)

Behaviours
• Independence on tasks assigned
• Comfortable communicating with customers and senior staff
• Ability to translate highly technical information for non-technical staff
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle several projects
• Comfortable implementing business procedures

Operations Support Engineer

This job opportunity is a new role within Anana due to continued growth with customers and demand on operation activities. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support of infrastructure that make up our customer solutions, maintaining SLAs and Knowledge Base Articles. There is an additional requirement of being included on an on-call rotations and shift rotations that can on occasion cover weekend work.

Main Responsbilities:
• Prioritising, progressing and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within the agreed timescales
• Become a specialist on a support area within the organisation and be responsible for that area
• Handling Break/Fix activities on internal solutions, or those provided to our customers on software and hardware
• Rectifying configuration issues and documenting resolutions

Key Skills:
• 1 years’ experience in an IT support role (roles including Service Desk Engineer, 1st / 2nd line IT Support Analyst or IT Technician)
• IT support working across a range of up to date technologies including Microsoft Enterprise technologies, various Operating System technologies and third-party applications
• Logical and methodical problem-solving skills
• Ability to convey technical issues simply to end users
• Excellent customer service
 

Desirable skills
• Experience of 2nd Line support
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Knowledge of Genesys
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Virtualisation Technologies

Application Design and Deployment Consultant

The consultancy team are accountable for all technical project delivery and the solutions consultant role is to work within a team of consultants across UK and South Africa, working with clients to deliver state of the art customer experience solutions using the Anana/Genesys product suite.

Responsible to: Principal Consultant
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with clients to understand business requirements
• Use case mapping
• Creation of technical design documentation
• Data modelling
• Work to automate all repetitive tasks
• Build and configure CX solutions
• Work with the solution architect to ensure solutions are aligned with the agreed architecture
• Work with the support team to define OSS solutions for designs implemented
• Hosting technical pre-sales sessions providing production demonstrations on key use cases for the latest in CX management


Key Skills & Behaviours:

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience on working on multiple projects across multiple disciplines
• Proven experience of understanding the client context, conducting design workshops and preparing functional/technical solution blueprint
• Experience in Genesys Pure Engage
• Experience in Genesys Framework Component (experience in one or more of GVP, eService, GRE, SIP, URS, Info Mart, GMS, OCS, GPlus Integrations, etc.)

Desirable:

• Experience in leveraging Genesys product solution to automate customer service processes like Task Routing, Interaction Routing, CTI Reporting, etc.
• Experience on Auxiliary systems such as CRM, WFM, Speech Analytics, Virtual Hold and in cutting edge technologies including BOT, AI,RPA systems (desirable)
• Working knowledge of capabilities of leading other platform providers such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, NICE, inContact, Verint
• Knowledge of cloud based architecture
• Experience in microservices architecture

•Contribute to the design of solutions prior to implementation.

•Providing technical advice to all teams as required.

Highly Desirable Skills:
• Experience with ASP .Net Core
• Experience with Vue JS

Desirable skills
